I’m excited to work with Erin at Erin’s General Store to carry a selection of my muffins, cookies, and 4 inch cheesecakes (serve 1-3). It’s a great time to try individual portions before committing to a whole cheesecake or minimum order quantity. This is an 8 inch NY style cheesecake versus the 4 inch.

I felt the need for cookies this week and LOVE making and eating biscotti! These are delicious almond biscotti. The dough was golden orange from the homegrown yolks, and The rich golden brown color resulted from a perfect bake. Fresh eggs are from Natural Earth Farm, our neighbor up street! Yummy!
