Our Garden Gin Smash features Roots of Ruin Gin from Castle & Key with muddled strawberry, tomato, and basil for a bright, savory take on a summer cocktail.

A pan seared salmon filet served over grilled peaches and topped with a petit salad of lightly dressed summer greens, pickled peaches, and peppers. Finished with an orange, thyme, and white wine cream sauce and a red wine reduction.
