🚲 September 1st is the day Dutch Delivery officially hits the streets — delivering from Verona businesses straight to your HOUSE! ❤️

We’re so excited to partner with Dutch Delivery (only available in Verona right now), an initiative started by Gleb, a local dad and longtime customer who has been supporting us since day one.

Gleb is incredibly passionate about bike safety, making biking more accessible in Verona, and supporting our local businesses — and he hopes to eventually bring Dutch Delivery to surrounding towns too!

Every delivery made by bike means one less car making a short trip through town, while giving our community another way to support the businesses right here in Verona.

Today I had the pleasure of seeing my college bestie’s husband, Paul, and his clients — all the way from Florida to NJ! ❤️

Paul from Schuman Feathers brought me to Clifton, NJ, where I got to meet Dean from Multipet International, Inc. — AND I got to meet the most VIRAL dog in the land! 🐶🐑

And guess what?! Dean sent me home with TWO Lamb Chops to give away — one LARGE and one SMALL! 🎉🐑❤️

This happens almost every week, and it still blows my mind.

Someone walks into the shop with a suitcase and says, “We came straight from the Airport.”

I always stop and think… out of all the places you could have gone, you came here?

It’s hard to explain what that feels like as the owner of a tiny sandwich shop. We started with a simple idea and hoped people would like it. Now people are finding us online, adding us to their travel plans, and making us one of their first stops in New Jersey.

I’m usually at the shop 6 days a week, but today I’m heading out to meet the newest member of our family — my sister-in-law’s new baby! Of course, I’m bringing treats.
On the way, I wanted to stop in Montclair to support some of the amazing businesses that have recently shown us so much love — whether it’s by coming into the shop or just saying the nicest things about us. I don’t often get the chance to visit since our hours are usually the same, but their shops are beautiful and I’m so happy I got to stop in today.

P.S. Verona could really use a bakery… just saying 😂😂
