Good morning Bluebird Fans!
Today we have quite the dilemma, I went in this morning to find the mall temperature to be 88 degrees. Inside my kitchen it is pushing 95 without my hot equipment on.

These temperatures also effect my cooling equipment and I’m afraid to be opening them all day.

That is not fun or safe for the team, with that being said we will more than likely be closing early today or not open all together if the temperature doesn’t drop soon.

This is not easy for us,losing a day of sales hurts a small business like ourselves.

The Factory Antique Mall please post for the mall customers attention.

You guys are showing the love today! Please be patient with us, we are working with limited staff and are very busy!

When we have an influx of business like this please expect wait time to be around 20-30 min for your food to be prepared. We always try to get it out in a timely fashion but like I’ve always said we aren’t fast food. ❤️

We are currently seeking a part-time employee.
-Hours are part-time (approximately 15-20 hours weekly)
-At least one weekend day required every week.
-Weekly pay

Pay to be discussed in person at interview 🙂 depending on experience and willingness to work.

Experience in food service is preferred but not required.

Job description:
Maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
Providing excellent food and service to our customers.
Serving food in a timely manner during lunch service.
Morning prep work including;
Prepping salads, soups and other menu items as needed.
Baking cakes, cookies, pies, etc.
Taking orders and washing dishes.

What a crazy weekend!
Tomorrow we will be closed for some necessary prep! We are out of a lot of our menu staples and that means I need to get cookin!! With staff out on vacation and only husband and wife left.. this is the best option for now. 🥹
