✨ A little macaron magic is happening in the kitchen! ✨ I’ve been having way too much fun dreaming up some new macaron flavors, and these little French beauties are coming out as delicious as they are adorable. From sweet and creamy to fruity and irresistible, each flavor brings its own little bit of happiness in every bite.

It’s amazing how something so tiny can pack such a big burst of flavor! 🥰 These colorful little treats are ready to make snack time, dessert tables, celebrations, or simply a weekday afternoon feel a whole lot more special. Stay tuned… there may be a few new favorites joining the macaron family! 🦄

Congratulations T & B! 🥰💍

This seaside sweetheart of a wedding cake made its way to Captain Hiram’s, where it was ready to make a splash serving 108 lucky guests.

This beauty boasts 3 tiers, with 3 layers of cake in each tier, all filled with my delicious Bavarian cream filling, then dressed to impress in Swiss meringue buttercream. 🧁

To give it that perfect beachy vibe, I added white chocolate seashells and a generous sprinkle of crushed cookie “beach sand.” Because apparently, cake tastes better when it comes with a little sand! 😂

And then there was a certain “naughty doggie” who decided he simply could NOT resist a little taste of the wedding cake. 🐾😂 Caught red-pawed! But honestly… all good boys deserve a little piece of cake, too! ❤️🐶

Captain Hiram’s Tiffany Room was also getting a little makeover with beautiful new windows and boxed window frames—perfect for showing off that absolutely gorgeous waterfront view.

Slightly cooler temps has me yearning for fall. So I whipped up this Pumpkin Chiffon Torte yesterday in hopes of bringing on some sweater weather. Slices are available today or order a whole one.

A light and airy, warmly spiced mousse nestled in a delicious crust infused with warm cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Topped with a cloud of freshly whipped cream for an elegant twist on the classic pumpkin pie.
