This one was extra special. Saturday we got to pack up Night Owl and head out to celebrate our very own coffee roaster Roasted Record getting MARRIED!

Getting to serve coffee at the wedding of the person behind the beans we serve every single day? Yeah… this one was pretty freaking cool. 🦉

Our Brand New mobile coffee bar is available for weddings + private events, bringing handcrafted espresso drinks, hot or iced, right to your guests. Because after dinner + a few hours on the dance floor… coffee just hits different. ☕️

🦉✨ NIGHT OWL MARKETS ARE COMING BACK! ✨🦉

Market season returns at the end of October, and we’re already getting everything ready for another season of shopping small, sipping coffee & supporting some seriously amazing local businesses.

Interested in being a Night Owl Market vendor this season?

We have NEW vendor procedures this year, so ALL interested vendors, returning and new, will need to fill out our Vendor Interest Form. The link is in our bio!

A few important things to know:

✨ Vendors who have consistently supported Night Owl, participated in our events and helped make our markets what they are will be contacted FIRST for upcoming dates.

✨ From there, we'll fill remaining spaces based on what each market needs. We want every market to have a fun, well-rounded variety of businesses rather than too many vendors offering the same products.

✨ Completing the form does not guarantee placement at a market.

✨ All participating businesses must be registered with Sunbiz and carry appropriate event/day-of liability insurance.

✨ Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays and everything needed for their setup.

✨ Vendors must be prepared for an outdoor Florida market and have proper tent weights. Safety first, Florida weather does whatever she wants.

We LOVE being able to give small businesses a place to pop up, meet new customers and grow and we're really excited about what we're putting together for this season.

Apparently our September drinks have been hiding in the bushes until it was safe to come out.

THE SEPTEMBER MENU IS HERE! 🍂☕️

And this one is extra fun because YOU helped us name it! Throughout our Flight Nights, we asked our attendees to help us name some of the drinks they were tasting... and you guys absolutely understood the assignment. 😂 We had SO many hilarious names to choose from, and these were the ones that made the cut:

😈 NUT TODAY SATAN
White chocolate drizzle, brown sugar + pistachio, topped with whipped cream.

And if pistachio is sounding a little familiar... 👀 she's BACK! We first introduced pistachio in March and decided it was time for a comeback.

🍎 APPLE JACKED
Caramel drizzle, brown sugar, cinnamon + caramel apple butter, topped with cold foam.

An OG is back!! Apple Jacked first made her appearance as part of Harvest Moon last fall, and we loved her way too much to leave her there.

🤌 BADA BEAN, BADA BOOM
White chocolate drizzle, vanilla, amaretto + brown sugar, topped with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.

Basically cannoli's caffeinated cousin. And yes, you are required to say the name with the hand. 🤌

🫐 CHAI ME CRAZY
Blueberry + chai with your choice of milk.

Sweet, spiced, fruity and just different enough to earn her spot amongst this month's chaos.

Four drinks. Some familiar flavors. Some brand new ones. And names courtesy of the wonderfully unhinged minds at our Flight Nights. 😂🫶

We couldn't wait until September 1st so they are available starting TODAY!!

And for everyone already emotionally attached to pumpkin, don't worry. Pumpkin will still be available through November!

September is coming… and apparently the Florida heat has officially gotten to us. 🔥😂

We just finalized next month’s drink menu and honestly? We may have lost it. The flavors are giving fall. The names are giving… absolutely unhinged. ☕️💀

That’s all you get for now. 👀

In the meantime, you still have a few days to grab your August favorites before we say goodbye to a few of them! And don't panic, pumpkin isn't disappearing, she'll be hanging around through November. 🎃

We brought her back for an encore this summer because y'all loved her so much… but after TWO trips around the Night Owl menu, we think she's earned a little retirement. So if Going Bananas is your girl, you've got until the end of August to come see her one last time.

Will she ever come out of retirement? 👀
Never say never around here… 😂

September will officially be the LAST MONTH of Night Owl Flight Nights and we’re ending them with a little spooky season magic. 🖤🎃

You’ll be among the first to taste our October drink menu, featuring four brand-new drinks with a fun, spooky twist, each paired with a bite chosen to complement the flavors.

Each evening includes:

🖤 A first taste of our spooky season menu
📝 Comment cards so you can tell us your favorites

And because these are our FINAL Flight Nights, we may have a few extra spooky surprises planned. 👀
