A challenge we are dealing with today is that Resy is having some technical difficuties that are preventing reservations from being created for November and December. October reservations are not affected. As soon as Resy resolves its issues we will let you know.

After a two-month refresh, we’re so excited to say…

THE TIDES REOPENS OCTOBER 1.

For 26 years, this special space has been home to The Tides—and to so many of the celebrations, dinners, milestones, and memories you’ve shared with us.

Your excitement about our decision to stay on Cardinal Drive, in the community that has welcomed and supported us over the years, means more to us than we can say. Hospitality is about relationships, and we are grateful for you.

We’re returning with the classics you love, thoughtful new additions, and the elevated fine-dining experience you’ve come to expect—unparalleled service, an award-winning w**e list, a beautifully updated atmosphere, and the exceptional cuisine of longtime Vero Beach chef Leanne Kelleher. Claudia will be at the door and can’t wait to see you!

After much thought and many conversations, we have made the decision to remain in the place that has been our home for the past 26 years.

The Tides has been part of the Central Beach business district for more than two decades, and one thing became very clear to us. The charm, warmth, and intimate atmosphere of our restaurant matter deeply to our guests — and to us.

While we were excited about the possibilities of a new space, we also heard the concerns from so many longtime customers who feared we might lose the character and ambience that make The Tides feel special. In the end, we realized our heart is here.

Rather than relocating, we have chosen to reinvest in our current home and prepare it for the future.

To accomplish this, The Tides will temporarily close during August and September while we complete significant infrastructure upgrades along with a thoughtful aesthetic refresh of the restaurant.

Our goal is simple: preserve everything you love about The Tides while making sure it can continue serving our community for many years to come.

We are deeply grateful for the support, encouragement, and loyalty this community has shown us throughout this journey. We look forward to welcoming you back this fall — refreshed, renewed, and still unmistakably The Tides.

We have some exciting news! We are now able to accept reservations for June and July at our Cardinal Drive location.. Our reservation books are open both in person and online through Resy! We will continue to update you through the summer and look forward to seeing you soon.
