Waldo’s Mountain 🛘✨

While it no longer stands today, Waldo’s Mountain was once quite the Vero Beach treasure!

Back in the 1970s, a powerful nor’easter washed away the sand from underneath the restaurant. In an effort to save the beloved grill, a decision was made to remove the sand from Waldo’s Mountain and pile it underneath the restaurant for support.

And just like that, this quirky piece of Vero Beach history became part of the story of Ocean Grill. 🌴✨
