❤️ THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS ❤️

Last night, we served our final guests at Johnny D’s, and it’s hard to put into words all the emotions that come with closing this chapter.

To everyone who came in during these last few weeks and especially those who joined us on our final night....thank you! Thank you for your support, your hugs, your kind words, your stories, and for reminding us just how special Johnny D’s has been to so many people. We will carry those memories with us for a very long time.

But most importantly, we want to recognize our incredible staff who stuck it out with us right until the very last night. We truly could not have done it without you. Through all the craziness and emotions that come with closing a restaurant, you showed up, worked hard, supported one another, and helped us finish this chapter the way we wanted to. We are so grateful to each and every one of you. Megan, Koren, Nick, Keith, Anna, Alec, Elissa, Briley, Tricia, Joanna thank you for sharing our last night together!

We wish all of our Johnny D’s family nothing but happiness and success as they begin their next chapters. We know they will bring the same hard work, personalities, and heart that made Johnny D’s so special wherever they go.

And thankfully, you won’t have to go far to see some familiar faces! ❤️ Be sure to stop by Turtle Cove Market, right across the street, where you’ll find some members of our Johnny D’s family.

After all these years, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye. Johnny D’s was never just a restaurant—it was our staff, our customers, our friendships, our memories, and our family.

An Update from Johnny D’s ❤️

We originally planned for our last day of business to be September 30th. However, as many of our wonderful staff members have already begun transitioning into their new jobs—as they absolutely should!—we’ve made the decision to move our final day of business to Saturday, September 26th.

We are so happy that our employees are finding their next opportunities, and with our team getting smaller, we feel this is the right time to wrap things up a few days earlier than originally planned.

For anyone who has a reservation scheduled after September 26th, we will be reaching out to you directly to let you know about the change and cancel your reservation.

Thank you so much for your understanding, your support, and especially for all the love you’ve shown Johnny D’s over the years. ❤️

After 15 wonderful years in our building, Johnny D’s is getting a little facelift!
In October 2026, Johnny D’s will temporarily close for renovations, with plans to reopen our refreshed space in October 2027.
While it will certainly be bittersweet to close our doors for a little while, the good news is… we aren’t going far!
During our renovation, we invite you to visit our family just across the street at the new Turtle Cove Market, where you’ll find many of the Johnny D’s things you already know and love, including many of your favorite foods, specialty items and w**es. You’ll even see some familiar Johnny D’s faces there, too!
And while Turtle Cove Market will carry some of your old favorites, there will also be so many new and exciting things to discover that we think you’re going to absolutely love.
For 15 years, this building has been so much more than four walls to us. It was filled with family, friends, incredible employees, loyal customers, countless meals, celebrations, conversations and memories. Many of you have been with us for years, and we can’t begin to tell you how much your support has meant to our family.
Our building has served us well, but after 15 busy years, she deserves a little love!
So this isn’t goodbye. It’s simply “we’ll see you across the street for a while.”
