BIG NEWS, everyone! This is Kerry, the baker from Sammy's Mediterranean Cafe. After quite some time...a little longer than I anticipated, I am happy to announce my new bakery Gardenbakes! We are a specialty bakery, offering 99% Vegan and many Gluten Free options!

We are opening on Tuesday, February 3rd at 8am. Get ready for some delicious treats! Many of your favorites are ready to make an appearance: Garden Harvest Carrot Cake (V/GF), the crowd favorite, Apple Spice cake (V/GF), the Vegan Fudge cake and my new Vegan Hummingbird cake. Several other baked goods will be available as well.
Don't miss our savory side also! Sammy was very gracious and shared his famous Lentil Soup recipe with me. We will have this daily as well as Hummus, Lentils & Rice, Savory Rice Bowls, and much more!
