🍤 Bada Bing, Bada SANDO! 💥 This past weekend, we introduced you to our Bada Bing Benny. Now meet its equally funky sister creation — the Bada Bing Sandwich! We take a flavorful shrimp patty, fry it until golden and crispy, then pile it onto a bun with all the fixin’s! Served with crispy French fries (or your choice of side) and a little Bada Bing Sauce on the side to spice things up! 😋

I couldn’t wait to try the Bada Bing Benny. It looked and sounded incredible. So today we stopped by Baci Trattoria - A Funky Italian Food Experience and I ordered it without even looking at the menu. I’ve eaten here so many times and have a handful of favorites. Well today, this became my new #1 favorite.
Absolutely delicious - a creative culinary masterpiece. What Karen and Emi have done once again is presented another unique dish that sets them apart from every other restaurant around. And, makes it difficult for me to choose between so many fantastic meals there.

🍳 Straight out of Baci’s Food Laboratory... meet the Bada Bing Benny! 😎 We took two golden polenta cakes, added a crispy fried shrimp cake, fresh spinach, and two perfectly poached eggs, then covered it all with our house-made Hollandaise and crowned it with a shrimp. 🍤 This is what happens when we start experimenting with Eggs Benedict — Bada Bing, Bada Benny! 😋

"Walked into Baci Trattoria today not knowing what to expect. Boy oh boy were we pleased! The wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They constantly check back on you with a smile. It was a pleasure being served by Brescia. (Hope I have the name right) We placed our orders for the classic Benedict and porshetta Benedict. Both with home fries. Outstanding fresh ingredients made with expertise care and love .. the hash browns a perfect crispy golden not greasy and fresh. Chef Amy came out twice to ask if we are enjoying our meal. Enjoying was putting it mildly as it was hands down the best breakfast we ever had in our lives!!!! The restrooms were immaculate and the place has a cool vibe and is artistic. I can not believe we have lived in Vero 6 years and didn’t discover this hidden gem. We can not wait to return and try everything on their extensive menu. Felt we were truly gourmets and it was a pleasure to have a restaurant that takes so much pride and love in their food and are meticulous in its presentation and flavour. If We could rate it beyond 5 stars we would. We have eaten at Michelin restaurants that didn’t do food as well as they did today. They know how to season properly and what fresh herbs and ingredients to put without overloading flavours. Each ingredient stood on its own. This is master chef ability. Can’t wait to be regulars🤗❤️ btw.. coffee is awesome also and they enjoy their patrons with no push to get you out and want you to experience their cuisine. Bravo!!!! Still thinking of our meals and longing to go back again soon , next we will experience lunch🤗😊"
