The dilemma is officially over—and yes, I made TWO! 🎉 One made it to the retreat last night, which means BOTH are loaded up and ready for Bratt First Friday tonight! 🚚✨
I have been a force in the kitchen today with a fresh batch of Twisted Slice (because an unhappy customer makes an unhappy Mama T! 😉). We’ve also got more potatoes, more chicken, and a spectacular fresh LOCAL peach compote with a crisp crumble topping.

🔥*SPECIAL* I’m bringing the Mama Drama (renamed from last year) - think chicken, veggies from the farm, and sweet potatoes all tossed and seasoned with a little ‘Slap Ya Mama’. If you’re looking to completely throw it over the top - drizzle it with a little balsamic! *I am hoping to get this out tonight but only time will tell*

I have been inundated with catering requests so I came up with a menu!
Someone reminded me that I can’t only think about the short term. I have been living in the day to day lately - which is completely understandable!

*Yes, I know that my menus have taken a turn for the boring. It’s on purpose. There are some things I will not use AI for and finding a new background each time is exhausting!
I won’t think about it for anything related to my actual food (pictures, ideas, menus, pricing, etc), or marketing material.
Will I accept help writing a contract? Sure. Automated invoicing, I’m trying to figure it out! 😂

Well, I managed to cover myself in both Root B**r and sour cream last night - the ceiling, floor and walls were also involved!
Talk about cleaning a mess to make a mess…to then clean the mess 😂😂
She’s sparkly, fully restocked, and labeled.
Inspection just concluded and let’s just say my menu revelations peaked his curiosity and my attention to detail was noticed. 💕
I was a hospital housekeeper for nearly 15 years, 7 of those spent in an operating room. Being detailed was necessary!

An email at noon turned my day around! Inspections are tomorrow which means restock is today.
🚨warning🚨 I put on my running shoes 😂

🛻 Picked up the truck & returned home to empty it after last nights event
💨 Second departure from Vernon @ 145

I just want to make sure you can enjoy it to the utmost potential. 💕
If that means icing on the side so you can heat it up at anytime of day without getting that weird texture - I got you! 💕
Do I make some pre-iced? Yes, usually in the little cart and some indoor events.
I also plan to have some warm at events this year - where allowed.
