Bringing the chill 🥶...

Here's Gina's own wellness story:

"I worked in the food industry as a research scientist for many years. I became jaded about what went into our foods and how they were being manufactured. After my second daughter was born, I left the industry due to discontent.

I doubled down on my family's health by feeding my family from local CSAs and farm raised meats. I also dove head first into triathlons by competing in 7 Ironmans! Once my children reached middle school and I was the official family Uber, I found that feeding my girls a quick but healthy meal was nearly impossible. That's when I sought out a solution and landed on Crisp & Green.

I own the first (of many!) Crisp & Green in Illinois, located in Vernon Hills. We are a scratch made kitchen that uses chef created recipes to quickly and healthily feed your family!"
