Cafe Brule is proud to present our contestant for the Burger Battle: “The Wild Prairie Burger”
Experience a bold frontier of flavor! We start with a juicy, house-pattied all-beef burger infused with rich sage butter and grilled to perfection. It is piled high with sage-buttered mushrooms, melty Gruyère cheese, fresh chives, and a sweet touch of blackberry jam. The grand finale? Crisp apples and onions caramelized in brown sugar and maple syrup, all served on a perfectly toasted, grilled Brioche bun.
