Café Ficelle Café Ficelle is a family-owned business, inspired by the Scofield Family’s extensive travels throughout Europe and France in particular.

The Café is a haven to enjoy the simplicity of delicious Cuisine and the company of friends and family. The opening of Café Ficelle is our endeavor to enrich the community with opportunities to learn about the unique aspects of French culture and cuisine. Our demonstrations and tastings are ways we hope to share our experiences abroad with our community.

🍎 Apple Cinnamon Brioche French Toast: house brioche, caramelized apples, cinnamon, mascarpone, toasted pecans, and drizzled w/ maple syrup.

🎃 Pumpkin Mascarpone Crepe: Crepe filled with pumpkin mascarpone, topped with brown-butter maple sauce, granola, and, fall spices.

🥗 Fall Salad: Arugula, roasted delicata squash, apple, toasted pecans, goat cheese, dried cranberries, and French vinaigrette.

🍄‍🟫 Roasted Mushroom Toast: Thick cut sourdough, herbed chèvre, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onions, arugula, and basted egg.
