Julia Child, America's favorite Chef, who helped bring classic French cuisine to our country and inspired so many to expand their culinary skills and tastes, would have been celebrating her birthday on August 15th. Chef Didier will be preparing a 3 course Julia inspired menu w/glass of wine to toast to this extraordinary figure in our culinary world, Mon Aug 10th - Fri Aug 14th. We hope that you can join us for this special tribute to a culinary legacy who brought fresh ingredients and joy into our American kitchens!
