The Brookie is back. Fudgy brownie meets chocolate chip cookie in one gooey, chocolatey bite. Can’t pick a favorite? Now you don’t have to.

Brand new: the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich. Our classic chocolate chip cookies with a swirl of our homemade buttercream frosting in the middle. Soft, chewy, and extra dreamy.

Both gluten-free, both worth the wait. 💛

Palermo is now carrying all your favorites: oatmeal cream pies, whoopie pies, coffee cake, pumpkin bread, and more, all gluten-free and baked with love. Pair one with a fresh cup of coffee and treat yourself to a little moment of sweetness. ✨

And by popular demand… the Chocolate Whoopie Pie is back! 🍫 Rich, fudgy, and just as tender as you remember.
