A lot of you have been asking for the link to my new book, “Put the Pot On!” — Italian-American Recipes and Stories from When Everyone Was Still Alive.

I couldn’t think of a better day to share it than on a Sunday—the day Italian-American families put the gravy on early, gathered around the table, told stories, laughed, argued, and made memories.

This book is more than recipes. It’s about family, tradition, and keeping alive the stories of the people who made us who we are.

So today, put the pot on… company’s coming! 🇮🇹🍝❤️

Nobody in my family ever said “dinner’s ready.”

They said *put the pot on.*

Two words that meant company’s coming, somebody’s getting fed, and you’re not leaving until you eat twice.

That’s the whole book. 50 old-school Italian American recipes — the gravy (not sauce), the Sunday table at grandma’s, Christmas Eve, the weddings where the aunts judged everything and took the silverware home. Recipes scribbled on the back of old mail because nobody wrote anything down properly, they just wanted you to have them.

**Put the Pot On: Growing Up Italian American When Everyone Was Still Alive** — out now on Amazon, paperback and Kindle.

If you already grabbed a copy: thank you. Seriously. Screenshot your favorite page and tag me — I want to see which recipe you made first.

This is the book you’ve been waiting for.
All the recipes you wish you still had. The food we grew up with. The stories we all lived.
PUT THE POT ON — Growing Up Italian American When Everyone Was Still Alive.
50 recipes handed down: the Sunday gravy, the braciole, the eggplant parm, the Feast of the Seven Fishes, the stuffed artichokes, the cannoli. And between them, the stories — the gravy vs. sauce debate, the plastic on the couch, the crazy cousins, Christmas Eve, the envelope at the wedding, and the recipes your grandmother scribbled on the back of an electric bill so you could have them.
If you grew up in one of our houses, this didn’t just happen in my family. It happened in yours.

***Launching in June! ***
The Good Old Days Limited Edition, was inspired by a time when coffee meant more than caffeine.

Back then, nobody was staring at a screen. There were no notifications, no scrolling, and no distractions. The kitchen was the heart of the house. The coffee pot was always on. Somebody’s mother was cutting cake at the table while the women talked for hours about family, recipes, neighbors, and life. The cousins were running through the house laughing, playing cards in the den, or sneaking cookies from the kitchen.

Outside under the grapevine, the men sat in folding chairs telling stories, arguing about sports, politics, and who made the best homemade wine. Everybody knew each other. Everybody showed up. And when company was coming over, the good coffee came out.

This blend was created to bring that feeling back.

Warm. Familiar. Comfortable. Slow down for a minute. Pour a cup. Sit at the table. Talk a little longer.

Because some of the best moments in life happened over coffee.
