Sometimes you’re just in the mood for a classic! Tonight’s spotlight is on our Spaghetti and Meatballs. Homemade pasta, whole cherry tomato sauce and meatballs. We chose to make our meatballs smaller so you could get a bite of a whole meatball with your spaghetti! 🍝🫶🏼

Have you ever noticed the ladders we’ve hung on the walls of the dining room? They aren’t just for decoration, they are highly symbolic. Giuseppe was raised in Bari, which is located in Puglia. This area is responsible for over 40% of Italy’s Olive Oil output, and measures around 5% globally. Puglia itself is home to nearly 60 million olive trees that are carefully cared for by its residents. Though technology offers many new inventive ways to collect olives from trees, they still prefer to use a ladder. The collection of olives begins in November and goes until January. Families come together to pick the olives on trees that are some, thousands of years old. A rich tradition that continues today.

Giuseppe hangs the ladders to remind us that tradition and authenticity are important. That the best things in life come from hard work and perseverance. 🫒🇮🇹
