WE ARE THINKING ABOUT OFFERING SOME "WORKING PERSONS SPECIALS" MAYBE 2 DAYS A WEEK.
Hotdogs, (the best dogs and buns available of course) with a great selection of toppings. SouthWest, Chicago and NewYork style!
Corn Dogs on a stick (for the kids?)
Brats, Polish Sausage and the like...
Probably served with Chips and a drink, wanna keep it inexpensive, probably under $10.00 depending.
Would really appreciate your input.!

We are here to serve and we realize $20.00 + for lunch may be the new normal but it can still hurt the pocket.

Well, if you happen to be in Mountaineer today for the festival AND notice 3 mature women running around, wish the Redhead (Karen) a happy birthday!
It is my wife(Karen) with her sister (Linda) and good friend and my absent Sous Chef, Patricia.

The 3 are great friends and chose each others company to celebrate her birthday rather than dragging her poor husband out. (Bless their hearts!)
So I am working, again at Woodlands Ace Hardware in Belen NM serving up the best Seafood to be found anyware.
We had hoped to be set up at the festival but were late applying this year, maybe next year.

Any way, my wife is a great girl and would surely get a kick out of some stranger wishing her a happy birthday!!
