This weekend is gonna be a busy one!!!

Hot Ash #1 will be spending their days at Carrie Blast Furnace for Pittsburgh Irish Festival ALL weekend.

Hot Ash #2 will be at Penn Township Recreation (Municipal Park) for the finally Invasion on Friday from 6-9 pm. Then for Saturday and Sunday, they will be in Saxonburg (behind the library) for the Saxonburg Artisan Market.

And last but not least, Hot Ash #3 will be camped out at Pittsburgh Brewing Co. Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, PBC is having their first of two Oktoberfests from 12-10 pm. Then on Sunday they will be serving up our hot eats for the Steeler game and a tailgate party to follow.

Hunt us down this weekend and order your favorite pie!!! And there just may be a different special menu on Saturday at PBC! We can’t wait to see you!!! ❤️🍕❤️🍕❤️🍕❤️

While waiting for the chicken to bake today…Steve was experimenting with our next new dish. Today in the kitchen he constructed a bowl of mini pierogis, pulled pork, cheddar cheese sauce, raw onions, his homemade BBQ sauce and a dollop of sour cream to top it off. Not too shabby!

With summer coming to an end and the kids all back in school, our schedule is starting to wind down a bit. Week night events aren't as common but don't worry, we are still out EVERY weekend in September. And back by popular demand, two of our trucks will be at Pittsburgh Brewing Co. on Sunday, September 27th for the streaming of the Steelers vs. Bengals. Stay tuned for our special football menu that will be in trailer #3. Trailer #1 will be there serving up our amazing pizza menu! See ya soon!

Thought we’d spice things up a little this weekend at Pittsburgh Brewing Co. for their FREE concert. Back on the menu is the stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon!!!
