Hey everyone, meet Chris! The crew unanimously decided that he would be our ✨first spotlight customer✨ of Beavercreek. Some fun things to note about Chris, he collects vintage fountain pens, has impeccable style, and is the kindest guy around. If you see him in the store, he will be chatting it up with the crew and holding his go-to drink, which he calls the “large and in charge”. Thanks Chris, for being awesome!

Incase y’all didn’t notice, we quietly added the Reuben to our permanent menu a couple of weeks ago. A long time fan favorite sandwich special is now an everyday item! Top round corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and house made thousand island sauce, served grilled on marble rye bread. This one speaks for itself.

Shoutout to the King of the Grinders, Mahlkonig. ☕️
We’ve used Mahlkonig grinders in the shops for longer than we can remember, and there’s a reason for it... these guys got the whole grinder thing figured out. We start every barista shift, morning and afternoon, by “dialing in” our espresso. We aim to get the most smooth and balanced shot of espresso as we can. This usually requires us to measure things on the coffee side down to the tenth of a gram. Mahlkonig’s E80 GBW grinder keeps up with that no problem, grinding the EXACT weight of espresso that we need, and fast enough to keep up with the craziness. For everything the E80 can’t handle, this EK43 steps in. The EK43 is the industry standard for batch grinders, handling everything from our cold brew, to pour overs, and our drip coffee. SO thankful to partner with Mahlkonig, and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next!
