Summertime is here and so is our Fresh Mozzarella Salad with spring greens, fresh mozzarella, red onions, chopped tomatoes, evoo, seasoned with salt and pepper, then it’s drizzled with a balsamic glaze. This salad is light, healthy and delicious.
