Our ‘Panzanella’ brings together roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, Rosemary croutons, and a rich dark balsamic vinaigrette, while our ‘Kale & Roasted Cauliflower Salad’ features Parmesan-roasted cauliflower, toasted hazelnuts, and a bright lemon balsamic vinaigrette.
