Something new is happening behind the scenes at Cariño…
We’re now roasting the coffee we serve for our house drip, just a few minutes down the road, with a little help from the other half of the Cariño family. And honestly, watching this process come to life has been pretty special.
Now serving in the shop — and available to take home from our shelves:

🤎 CIELO Y SOL
Our signature house roast from Chiapas, Mexico. The first coffee we put our name on, and one that will always hold a special place at Cariño.

🤎 QUÉ BONITA
Our newest addition from Huehuetenango, Guatemala. A beautiful new origin with a rich, vibrant color that we’re so excited to bring to Cariño.

There’s something special about taking the time to roast in small batches, paying attention to every stage, and knowing exactly what’s going into the coffee we serve you.
We’re learning, experimenting, and putting a whole lot into every roast — from our roaster to your cup.

Summer is winding down, the backpacks are coming out, and somehow we’re supposed to be ready for fall… but let’s be honest—it’s STILL HOT. 🥵
