Can you believe it’s been two whole years?

Tomorrow, we’re celebrating our 2-Year Anniversary, and we’re doing it the only way we know how: smash burgers all day long. Crisp edges, juicy centers, cold drinks, and a massive thank you to every single one of you who made the last 730 days possible.

Swipe through for a little trip down memory lane to where it all began. Look at Devon and Tom putting in the literal blood, sweat, and painting to get this place off the ground. And yes, we see you—please stop staring at their caulk guns. They were just doing honest, hard-sealing work.

We thought about using an AI generator for our 2nd anniversary flyer, but between the grill cook ending up with seventeen fingers and the sheer amount of server farm energy it takes just to melt a digital pixel, we figured the planet is warm enough as it is. We'd rather save that heat for the grill.

So, we went back to the cutting-edge technology of a photoshop and MS Paint.

¿Cómo se dice "damn good beer"?

We teamed up with our friends from Xicha Brewing out of Salem to bring you something truly special: ¿Cómo Se Dice? Hazy IPA—and it translates directly to delicious.

We loaded this batch up with LLZ hop extract, Thora, Eclipse, and Mosaic Cryo hops, crafting a pour that speaks for itself. It hits the glass bursting with bright tropical juice, layered with zesty citrus, and finishes with just the right touch of crisp Pacific Northwest pine to keep things grounded.

Whether you’re catching up with old friends or swapping stories with someone new, this pint needs no translation.

The Profile: Tropical nectar, sweet citrus burst, and subtle pine resin

We’ve officially fired up our new fire pit, bringing that deep-woods, fireside feel straight to the heart of Vancouver. Whether the evening air is crisp or you just want to sit back and watch the flames flicker with a fresh Loowit pour in hand, we’ve got your spot saved.

Join us this Saturday, August 22, at Heathen Estate Winery in Vancouver, WA! For our collab this year, we teamed up with our friends at Xicha Brewing Norte (from Salem!) to brew ¿Cómo Se Dice? Hazy IPA. We loaded this beauty up with Thora, Mosaic, and Eclipse hops, and we can’t wait for you to try it!
