Cascadia Craft’s page will no longer be active because we’re under our new home page Truck to Table Catering. So please go follow our main page now to stay up to date on where and what we’re up to and to schedule catering for an event!

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you all that yesterday morning Truck to Table Catering food truck, home to The Taco Dudes, FortBurger360 and Cascadia Craft, sustained severe damage from a fire. At this time we ask for your understanding and support as we close the food truck to handle this unexpected turn of events. We will continue to provide catering services at this time and are still accepting bookings and consultations for events.
We would also like to personally thank Brothers Cascadia Brewing for their support as well as our dear food truck family here at Brother’s Cascadia food truck lot; The Mighty Bowl, Banh Mi Saigon, Haute Box Pizza and La Oie Cajun Cuisine. We thank you for your support and we look forward to serving the community with you again in the future!
