Today, we are heartbroken to share the passing of our founder and CEO, Ray Wiley.
Ray founded Hot Head Burritos in Dayton in 2007 with passion, grit and a vision for building something meaningful. What started as one restaurant grew into a brand with more than 85 locations, supported by the franchisees, employees and guests he cared so deeply about.
Ray’s impact on our company, our communities and the restaurant industry will continue to be felt for years to come. As we mourn this loss, we remain focused on supporting his family, our team members and our franchise community while continuing the work Ray loved.
