Requirements & Responsibilities:
🕶️Must know and promote 7 Brew Culture and recipes, as described in the 7 Brew Culture Book.
🕶️Must always move with urgency.
🕶️Stays productive on every shift, even when business is slow.
🕶️Welcomes and gets to know customers; determining their beverage interests and needs.
🕶️When necessary, educates customers by presenting and explaining the menu; answering questions, and enthusiastically offering suggestions.
🕶️Is able to prepare all of our drinks by following necessary recipes and preparation techniques.
🕶️Must always be presentable. Come to work the same way you would for an interview. (Good hygiene, clean clothes, kept hair/makeup)
🕶️Must learn how to properly work any shift. (Morning, noon and night.)
🕶️Always be early enough to clock in on time for your shift
🕶️Keeps up on cleaning and shift change lists at all times.
🕶️Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
🕶️Exemplifies the full spectrum of the culture, work ethic, customer service, and drink proficiency 7 Brew expects from every Brewista.
🕶️Must deliver the best customer service possible in all aspects. (Providing best impressions, time efficiency, quality, etc.)
🕶️(And any other duties that may be assigned by your manager.)
🕶️Weekends Required.

Pay:
💰 $16.00 - $18.00 per hour💰

TODAY is the LAST day of Caffeine for a Cause🎉

Its a Beautiful SUNNY DAY ☀️☀️ to get some coffee ☕️ and donate to a GREAT cause

We are OPEN from 10am-4pm! We RAISED 3,100 yesterday so that means we have RAISED 6,000 so far!!! If we raise 4,000 today we will hit our goal🎉🎉

We have the same limited menu❗️
