When Chef Lusy Gradzhyan opened her doors in 2006, she realized her dream of sharing family recipes for authentic Mediterranean food with patrons who savored taste and quality. Every day, we focus on creating healthy, freshly-prepared cuisine, never sourcing ingredients from pre-made sauces, packaged foods or canned ingredients. The recipes were taught to Chef Lusy by her grandmother when she lived in Armenia and have been passed down through generations of her family with Syrian, Lebanese, and Mediterranean influences. Staying true to her grandmother’s belief that every dish requires equal parts culinary skill and love, Chef Lusy personally prepares these dishes or oversees the dedicated kitchen staff she has trained. At Lusy’s, we believe if you come once, you are a friend. Come twice and you’re family.
