When Chef Lusy Gradzhyan opened her doors in 2006, she realized her dream of sharing family recipes for authentic Mediterranean food with patrons who savored taste and quality. Every day, we focus on creating healthy, freshly-prepared cuisine, never sourcing ingredients from pre-made sauces, packaged foods or canned ingredients. Staying true to her grandmother’s belief that every dish requires equal parts culinary skill and love, Chef Lusy personally prepares these dishes or oversees the dedicated kitchen staff she has trained.
