Thomas Henry Cabernet Sauvignon celebrates one of the world’s most beloved red w**e grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon originated in Bordeaux, France, and made its way to California in the 1800s, where the warm sunshine and varied growing regions helped it become one of the state’s signature w**es. Known for its rich color, bold fruit flavors, and smooth, structured finish, Cabernet Sauvignon remains a timeless favorite.

It pairs beautifully with steak, burgers, barbecue, roasted meats, hearty pasta dishes, dark chocolate, and aged cheeses.

This week we will be featuring La Zerba Gavi.

La Zerba Gavi is an organic Gavi DOCG white w**e from Tassarolo in Piedmont, Italy, made from 100% Cortese grapes. Founded in 1973, the family-run estate produces fresh, mineral-driven w**e featuring aromas of white flowers, pear, and citrus with a crisp, savory finish.
La Zerba Gavi is paired well with steamed or raw white fish, fresh cheeses, light poultry and vegetable dishes.
