Thank you for supporting our little trailer and making every weekend feel crazier than the last. We’re grateful for every order, every share, every tag, and every person who chooses to spend part of their morning with us.

Y’all are the reason this place keeps growing. 🤎

We’ll see y’all Sunday morning with brisket tacos ready at 8AM. If you’re wanting brisket, come early because we’ve been selling out fast lately.

And once we’re sold out tomorrow, we’ll be shutting the smokers down for the week so Tim can catch a little rest before we fire everything back up Thursday and do it all again Friday morning. 🔥🤠
