I forgot to post the update on the beef tongue yesterday! 🤦🏽‍♂️

I was busy getting ready for the farmers market and completely forgot. Here are the results! 🔥🐄👅

One thing though, I didn’t get the char I was really aiming for. I rushed the cook a little because I was trying to get everything ready for the market, so I know I could’ve done better on that part. But the flavor was there, it was tender, and it still made some pretty good tacos. 🌮

Nobody posts the perfect cooks all the time, so here’s the real version. Next time I’ll slow down and get that char exactly where I want it.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!

I’ve got some beef tongue thawing out and headed to the grill today. Going to turn it into some homemade beef tongue tacos, and I can’t wait. 🌮🔥

My grandfather was my number one role model.

He wasn't my father, but he was never a stranger in my life. Some of my favorite memories are the trips we took together and the time we spent talking and learning from one another.

As I've gotten older, I've realized how much his work ethic, discipline, and commitment to family shaped who I am today. He led by example, and those lessons continue to influence how I approach life and business.
