I listened to a great Andrew Huberman podcast this week that changed some of the ways I think about motivation — what drives us, why we sometimes lose that drive, and what we can do when we just don’t feel motivated.

I’m looking forward to sharing some of what I took away from it, but more importantly, I want to hear from you guys.
