It's been 2 weeks since that dreaded storm came and left our area a mess! Most of you might know that we had power the whole time. It was a blessing and a bear at the same time. Mind you that all of us working, had no power at home for days as well. The crowds that came overwhelmed us at times, but the crew and I managed very very well. We served several thousand people the week following this storm. It was tremendous. We ran out of several items at times. I have to say a thank you to ALL our loyal customers and new ones for being patient and calm during the past 2 weeks! A BIG thank you to Maira and family at Gyros Grill in South Haven and to Louis and Sophie at Martinis for bailing me out a few times with French fries and other items. You're the best. And most important a GIGANTIC thank you to my staff for working so hard the whole time. THEY'RE THE TROOPERS! I hope we served you all well and made everyone happy. Thank you all so much!
