The Brisket Mac & Cheese Burrito! 🌯

Slow cooked, BBQ brisket, macaroni noodles tossed in our queso, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce, Chili Cheese Fritos, and sliced pepperoncinis all wrapped up in one our delicious imported tortillas. 🤤

We bring this one back at least once a year, and we figured it was about time! Every time we do it though we always put a new spin on it.

The Chile Relleno Burrito & The Lengua Burrito!

The Chile Relleno: 🫑
Roasted poblano pepper STUFFED with cheddar and cotija cheese, with lettuce and rice all rolled up in one of our tortillas!

The Lengua Burrito:
Slow cooked, shredded cow tongue, fries, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cilantro & onion. (Don't knock it til you try it) 👅

Both of these are from our ORIGINAL menu we started with 7 years ago. Available for the entire month of May!

We were honored to cater the grand opening of MAKS' new location in Burns Harbor today as they welcomed local DCS workers for lunch and a tour of their new facility.

If you’re interested in supporting the foster care community, please check out .corp. Morgan and her team do incredible work providing for the needs of foster children with essential items like car seats, high chairs, clothes, toys, and more. The foster care community in Northwest Indiana has been blessed by Morgan’s hard work, and local DCS workers rely on MAKS as a key resource.

If you have extra supplies you’d be willing to donate to foster children, please reach out to Morgan at MAKS. Their new address is 1147 Salt Creek Rd, Building D, Burns Harbor.

For this event, we served 40 burritos cut in half, plus chips and queso. If you’re ever interested in catering our burritos for an event, reach out through our website. We can customize orders based on what you’re looking for.
