How about another Thursday throwback!

This is from 20 years ago 🤯—I was living on Nantucket Island and working at a restaurant called Fog Island Cafe. Very busy breakfast and lunch spot and also dinners during high tourist season. Gallons upon gallons of New England clam chowder. Probably my favorite breakfast item was the je**ed turkey hash. Incredible stuff—add a couple over easy eggs on top and 👌🏻

10+ hours of smoke for about 5 minutes of happiness. Worth it every time. 🔥🥪
