What are your plans for the bakery: I'm in the midst of shifting everything towards seasonal and local produce as much as possible. Now that Im the full time baker I can really dive in and priotize it. I want people to have the same quality experience to match what we have already built with the coffee program. I dont want to half ass this - we started making small things about a year ago just to try it out - Now that Im taking over I really get to concentrate on consistency and fresh, quality ingredients as much as we can.

What's your favorite thing to bake: My chocolate chip banana bread has tasted so good recently

Favorite song right now: I'm listening to a 'Italian cooking mix' on Spotify right now. Think poorly translated disco.

What are you working on right now: my home, making it more comfortable and relaxing.

Favorite coffee region right now: Colombia

What was your favorite kids movie back then: Robin Hood (the fox one)

Movie you recently watched: Obsession.
Would you recommend it: Yes. I don't like scary movies but I liked it. It was deep. Im also rewatching Mad Men.

What do you like about coffee?: I love the feeling it gives you. Not just from the caffeine but the experience of drinking coffee lending a hand to your day. I also love that tasting coffee is like tasting wine - it's the ability to read the most from of the fruit it came from.

What do you like about coffee? "It gets me going" lol "I've been in the coffee biz for 21 years and it's all i've ever known and its all I ever want to know. I go to sleep at night anticipating and excited to wake up and have a coffee. Thats a real life true fact. Wita-wa-wee. Im a very seasonal person and I have my seasonal preferences, no temperature loyalties with beverages. Its all about how the day feels. Im a four coffee and no lunch kind of girl"
