In case anyone wonders what my breakfasts for one lol like, its this!

For anyone who likes an easy breakfast, cut up fruit and dip, and sausage and hashbrowns make life easy!

I cook the sausage and hash brown in 1 pan together im an oiled pan so the juices the sausage release can go into the hash brown and then I add a little seasoned salt. Cook both from frozen in the pan on medium low for 5 minutes (if you like a little sear like me). Set that timer and walk away. Once it yells..
Flip! Set it for another 5! And thats it!

If you have a full family with more sausage and hash browns turn the heat up to just under medium and the time should stay about the same! If looks like it needs more time set it for 3 minutes.

Sides: banana, blood oranges, homemade white chocolate cream cheese fruit dip

It's a wild thought that Kelvina's Kitchen started off small by cooking for friends for fun and to show love. My mom was the same way, she cooked as a form of love! When birthdays were approaching she would ask, "What do you want for your birthday dinner?" I suppose I could find a more conventional form to love people.. but look where it's lead! -Thanks Mom! 🫂❤️
