We have a brisket oder for graduation party tomorrow along with our Thai food. Our smoked meat chef is 100% American (not Thai) as everyone seems to assume otherwise. He also was Special Forces and Marine Corps veteran, worked as an electrical power engineer at Caterpillar company for 25 years. So, now not only is he the owner of Kin Khao Thai Up-n-Smoke, but he is a chef also. ☺️

Kin Khao Thai Up-n-Smoke just pass Health department inspection today! We have to TLC a few things, hopefully we can open up this Friday.

We will be continuing their menu along with our Thai menu.

Good morning to our loyal customers and followers! It’s with sad and unfortunate news that we will now be closed from 1202 Formula Drive. The damage has been declared beyond repairable for our restaurant. This does not mean we’re done or gone; our dream and passion will still live on. Now we are in search for another place to continue our passion and joy for you. We are very close in finding it, will keep everyone updated as our journey moves forward. Valparaiso is our foundation and home for our restaurant, we will keep here. Thank you 🙏🏻 for your patience and continue support. We do miss you all! ♥️
