We’re celebrating one of our very favorite humans all week long! 🩷

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Amber, you already know there’s just something about her. She has the most loving heart, the most beautiful soul, an effortless sense of style, and a personality that can make just about anyone laugh. She is truly a breath of fresh air and brings so much light and magic into our little Coffee Station family.

We are endlessly grateful to have her here, and even more grateful to have her in our lives. 🥹🫶🏼 She inspires us to be better, love bigger, laugh harder, and never take ourselves too seriously.

And somehow, every year she just keeps getting older, wiser, AND hotter… and honestly, we are absolutely loving it. 😂🔥

Our Gilmore Girls menu is still here for a limited time AND we just got the most delicious fall pastry delivery from our friends at Desserts By Sara and honestly… Rory Gilmore would be all over these babies. 😂📚☕️

Summer is winding down, school is starting back up, and we’re feeling that first little hint of fall around here. 🍂

So naturally, we had to take a little trip to Stars Hollow. 🤎

A little Lorelai & Rory, a little Luke’s, a little Sookie, a little Friday night dinner… and LOTS of coffee, coffee, coffee. ☕️😉

We’ve been working on something very special inspired by one of our favorite little towns, its unforgettable characters, and all those cozy fall feelings we love so much.

Today is a very special day for our MK family… It’s Kelsey’s Birthday!!
We’re here to shout hip-hip hooray! 🎉

Kelsey is one of a kind! She’s the sweetest soul! Has the biggest heart and is the greatest “boss” to ever exist!
We are so grateful for her and everything she does for us. Not only for us but for the community! She has inspired us in so many ways. And is always striving to bring in good vibes and good coffee of course 😉

kinda chic to care a little too much about the little things. ✨☕️

If you’ve been around MK for a while, you probably know we do a few things a little differently. And honestly, most of them started with me thinking, “Well… if I’m going to do it, I want to do it REALLY well.” 😂

A bigger coffee should have more coffee in it. ☕️
So when you size up, we increase the espresso.

Same goes for our energy drinks. ⚡️
Bigger size = more Red Bull. Because… duh. 😂

We have pebble ice because obviously. 🧊
We use better ingredients whenever we can. 🌱
And we’ve somehow made having a coffee shop in your home town kinda chic. 😂🏠☕️

Kinda chic to make TikToks at work. 😂📱

But honestly, this is one of my favorite things we do. Yes, it’s fun, but it’s also team building. A couple times a year, I make a point of having a content day where we all get together, get creative, laugh at ourselves, and just have a good time.

And I’ve been doing this since the trailer days. Because it’s not really about the TikToks. It’s about creating a workplace where we enjoy being together, can be ourselves, and make memories along the way. ❤️

And then there’s the community side. 🤎

We source local snacks and goods whenever we can. Our burritos come from a local business, our pastries come from a small local bakery, and our coffee comes from Roast House, a small Spokane roastery. ☕️🌱

Because when we can support another small business, we want to.

None of it is huge or revolutionary.

Just little choices.

But I really believe the little choices add up. ❤️

For me, MK has always been about more than just a good drink. It’s about people, community, having fun, and doing things with intention whenever we can.

So yeah…

And honestly? I’m pretty okay with that. ✌🏼❤️☕️
