If you have time Saturday stop by our church get your car washed, get some great baked goods, crafts, and of course our awesome BBQ sandwiches. What an incredible day at Splash Bash!

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported us, and a special thank you to everyone involved in making Splash Bash happen. From the organizers and volunteers to all the vendors and attendees, it was a great event and we were honored to be a part of it.

We truly appreciate every customer who stopped by for BBQ, every kind word, and all the support you continue to show LJ’s Backyard BBQ. We couldn’t do it without this amazing community.

8 hours in on the briskets and 4 hours in on the pork butts. The bark is setting up beautifully, the fat is rendering just right, and the temps have been rock solid. We’re right on track for some great BBQ tomorrow. 🔥🥩
