It’s always an honor when folks trust us to help feed their family, friends, employees, and guests. From small gatherings to larger celebrations, we enjoy being a part of your special events.

What a great start to the week!

We’re proud to announce that both Scivallys Grocery & Market and Hess Meat Market & Grocery are stocked up with all of our sausage varieties, ready for you to take home and enjoy with your family and friends.

Today we also delivered fresh BBQ sandwiches to Myers Market, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity to partner with another great local business.

We’re getting ready to bring y’all some fresh sandwiches tomorrow to fill that hot box!

This ain’t BBQ in a tub, and it ain’t something reheated from a bag. This is real Texas BBQ, cooked low and slow over oak wood with the time and attention it deserves.
