Via Cuma is not just a name; it’s a tribute to one of the most ancient and historically rich roads near Naples, Italy. Cuma, a small town near Naples, is famous for its connection to ancient Roman and Greek civilizations, but it also represents the birthplace of some of Italy’s greatest culinary traditions—none more iconic than pizza. For generations, my family has been part of this tradition, running restaurants in Italy and sharing the love of food, hospitality, and quality ingredients. Now, I’m proud to carry this legacy to the United States with Via Cuma, where we combine the essence of Naples’ pizza heritage with our family’s dedication to exceptional dining experiences.
