Yesterday, Cowabunga stopped by Valley Springs Health & Wellness Center to bring a sweet treat and show a little appreciation for everything their amazing employees do for our community.

It was so great seeing everyone! We are incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful resource right here in Valley Springs. 💗

🏈✨ Friday Night Lights are back! ✨🏈

What a beautiful night for the first football game of the season for the Calaveras Reds! ❤️💛

We had a wonderful time seeing everyone and cheering on the team as they took on Balboa from San Francisco. Their team traveled four hours to get here, making the night even more special!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported us. We’re proud to donate $280 to the school for ASB from last nights sales! 🎉

I had the sweetest little sidekick with me at the Toyon Middle School dance last weekend! 🍦💕

Kennedy, my son’s girlfriend’s daughter, joined me in the Cowabunga truck, and having her there made the night extra special. She has such a sweet heart and genuinely loves being part of what I do. She was so proud to help serve the kids, and she already knows where so many of the ice creams are! Watching her jump right in, talk to everyone and enjoy being beside me absolutely filled my heart. ❤️

It’s moments like these that remind me that Cowabunga has become about so much more than selling ice cream. Getting to share these experiences with the kids in our family and make memories together is pretty darn special. 🍦🥰

And the family fun continued afterward! All the grandkids spent the night, and Papa took the whole crew to Round Table Pizza for dinner. 🍕❤️

It was so great to see everyone at Refuge Church in Angels Camp on Sunday! The kids were pretty excited to see Cowabunga—and even more excited when they found out their pastor was treating! ❤️🍦

🎂 58?! How the heck did THAT happen?! 😂

I’ve spent my life collecting careers like some people collect hats!

Senior Operations Manager, Property Manager for 17 years, many jobs in the film industry, Unit Manager, Line Producer, Nanny, House Manager… I even spent 8 summers as a campground host at New Hogan Lake.

And after ALL THAT… somehow I ended up as an ICE CREAM LADY! 🍦😂

Apparently at 58, I’m still deciding what I want to be when I grow up — and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Life is weird. Life is fun. And apparently… life is better with ice cream. 🍦✨

Cheers to 58, doing whatever the heck makes me happy, and refusing to act my age! 😂💗🎉. I think this is the last hat I’ll wear! 🎩

Chase and Logan celebrated their birthdays with Cowabunga last weekend, and boy did they have a blast! 🥳

Sharing your birthday celebration with your brother makes it twice as special. 💙 The birthday boys climbed aboard the truck and took turns serving ice cream to their family and friends—and they did a fantastic job!

🎉🍦 Happy 69th Birthday, Jim! 🍦🎉

Last weekend, we had the privilege of being part of a birthday celebration that meant a little more than most — a celebration of Jim’s life. ❤️

Jim recently underwent a triple heart bypass after discovering that three of the valves in his heart weren’t working properly. He is incredibly fortunate to be here, and you could see just how much this birthday meant to his daughter. She was SO excited to celebrate her dad and another year of having him by her side. 🥹❤️

Sometimes it takes coming close to losing someone we love to put everything back into perspective. The birthdays, the ordinary days, the laughter and the hugs suddenly become a whole lot more precious.

We were honored that Cowabunga got to be a small part of this very special celebration.
