We will be FULLY closed:
•Tuesday, September 22nd - Thursday, September 24th

Dining Room Closed:
•Friday, September 25th thru Sunday, September 27th*
(*cross your fingers we get the dining back open by Sunday — we’ll keep you posted!)

The good news? Patio dining, carryout, and phone/online pick-up orders are still fair game during the dining room closure — so you can still get your bbq fix later in the week 🐷✌🏼

Brisket Philly is BACK for round two 🙌🏼 Y’all went crazy for it last week & we hadn’t made it in forever, so we figured it earned a double week. Don’t miss it this time!

Pulled rib is on the board ALL WEEK — we honestly can’t remember the last time we pulled that off. Get it while it lasts.

And brisket chili all week long. Soup of the day was a fun little detour, but there’s just something about that brisket chili that hits different — especially mixed with our mac & cheese 😍

It’s only been a few weeks since we handed out the Sharpies but y’all filled this wall with more sentimental & entertaining chaos than we ever could’ve expected 🩶 SEC shoutouts proving our bbq transcends rivalries, notes from families we’ve had the honor of watching grow here over the years, and a reminder that nothing’s impossible in a place where pigs fly.

Haven’t left your mark yet? You’ve got until 4PM TODAY. Swing in for lunch, grab a Sharpie, and make it permanent before we tear this thing down 👊🏼

Heads up: we’re staying OPEN through pretty much the whole expansion (check FB/Insta or our website’s Expansion Updates page to stay informed). However, it IS a working construction zone — loud unexpected bangs 💥, some dust on the floors, outside trailer bathrooms only & slightly fewer seats while dry storage lives in the dining room corner. Same great BBQ, just with a little extra chaos 🐷🚧
