Smokin’ Hot Italian is BACK AGAIN on Thursday ONLY 🙌🏼 after it sold out so quickly a couple weeks ago, y’all wouldn’t stop asking for it 👀 (which we very much appreciate as it’s definitely a staff favorite!) but ya better get here (or call ahead!) before it’s gone again 😬

Quick reminder: we’re closed Friday, August 28th but we’ll be back open with our regular hours all weekend long - Saturday the 29th & Sunday the 30th - with Tri-Tip Sirloin, Pork Steaks, Burnt Ends, Soup of the Day…the weekend’s stacked.

Less than 24 hours ago we hung up a sign on this wall asking staff & customers to sign it, doodle on it, tell us your faves, let us know how long you’ve been coming here — anything, before it comes down in a few weeks as part of the .

And honestly?? We’re obsessed with what’s already happening. Peace signs, hearts, inside jokes, “best ribs in town,” a very dedicated stick figure situation… this wall is quickly becoming a scrapbook of everyone who’s made Dalie’s what it is.

This week’s expansion update: we knocked down a wall, ripped out a toilet and sink, tore up the flooring… and Craig got to ride around on a mini Zamboni 🧊 (okay, it’s a floor cleaner, but let him have this). One of our bathrooms is a construction zone right now, but it’s all part of the glow-up. More progress next week 👀
