We’re currently hiring:
• Pizza Makers
• Oven Operators
• Cashiers / Helpers

This is not your typical kitchen job — we’re a mobile operation working private events, festivals and farmers markets across NY / NJ / CT.

What we’re looking for:
– Must be willing to travel
– Must be available on weekends
– Ability to handle multiple events in a day
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Positive attitude and team mindset

Wood-fired experience is a plus, but not required.

Unfortunately, due to long standing town guidelines, we will not be able to attend on Sundays for the time being. We’re not sure yet when this might change, but if it does, we’ll be back as soon as we possibly can.

We’re going to miss the incredible Beacon community and the vendors we’ve loved working alongside each week.

We use a blend of rouge de Boudreaux flour and bread flours. We ferment our dough for 48 hours and bake at high temps to get a deep rich colored crust.
