One of the most difficult times of Alley Beans is watching part of our family depart from us. As we are so excited for her next step in her baking career, we are saddened to say that tomorrow will be Holly’s last day as an employee at Alley Beans.

It’s hard to put into words what Holly has truly meant to the shop! She has been such a wonderful and huge part of the Alley Beans team for the last year and a few months. She spread an enormous amount of joy throughout the shop and always showed incredible kindness to all who came through our doors. You could always catch her with a warm welcome and a smile on her face!

Holly, we will miss you incredibly much and we wish you the best in all of your future endeavors!

Stop in the shop tomorrow morning/early afternoon to say hello/goodbye to one of Alley Beans’ best! We appreciate you so much, Holly! 😊

We are getting closer to spring!

Try our March drink of the month: the lucky charm latte- iced, hot or blended. This latte features Irish cream and green mint syrup, with a milk choice of your liking.

We also some new selections on our March specialty drink board.
