A Message to all of our Loyal Napoli Guests:

We want to be transparent with you, our loyal guests, because you’ve always supported us and deserve timely communication on subjects such as this.

Beginning this Monday, January 19th, we’ll be making a modest price adjustment across parts of our menu. Our prices haven’t changed in a couple of years, but during that time the cost of high-quality ingredients, labor, and non avoidable operational costs have continued to rise.

We’ve always believed that great food starts with great product-and we refuse to cut any corners. This small increase allows us to continue using the high-quality ingredients, from the same reputable vendors that you expect while delivering the same care, consistency, and value that Napoli has been known for, for decades.

For decades, long before I became the owner of Napoli Pizza here in Vallejo, Mike and Kathy Lett and their family have been part of the heart and history of this restaurant. Week after week, year after year, they’ve brought their friends their children and now their grandchildren through our doors. They’ve celebrated with us, supported us and shown us all a genuine kindness.

When I took over the restaurant, the Letts welcomed me with open arms. They made me feel like part of the extended Napoli family from day one. They don’t just come here to eat – they take the time to learn the names, the stories and background of every single employee that works here. Their warmth is sincere and their kindness makes this place feel like home. We are truly blessed to serve them here at Napoli.

Table 5 has always been “their“ table – the place where so many memories have been shared. We want to make it official. This plaque is just a small way to say “thank you” Thank you for your loyalty, your friendship and the kindness you’ve shown all of us here for so many years. Napoli wouldn’t be the same without you.

Have you ever tried our thin crust pizza? If not, it’s a whole other Pizza experience. This one had us drooling. Fennel sausage, olives, spinach with Alfredo sauce instead of a pizza sauce, base. Try a thin crust next time, you may become addicted. 🍕
