Everyone knows us for pizza… but it’s only part of what we love doing…..

We take just as much pride in our pastas — high quality ingredients, sauces made in house, fresh herbs, and dishes that are meant to be simply enjoyed.

Happy birthday to our dear friend John who has been making pizza here at Napoli for over 40 years. He is truly a special person that we all love and appreciate. We constantly receive calls with guess who specifically ask for John to make their pizza! Behind the scenes he also shows how much he cares for the craft and our guests. We were playing around today trying to come up with our next seasonal Pizza. This one today looks like it could be another crowd pleaser! This one has a Corto extra virgin olive oil base (no pizza sauce), Grande mozzarella, Yukon gold potatoes, fresh rosemary, pancetta, and salt and pepper to finish. We may make some tweaks to it, but it came out pretty good. What are your thoughts?

Here at Napoli Pizza Vallejo, we are proud of the ingredients that we use in our pizzas. We don’t cut corners and we only use the best. As an example, this is our cup and char pizza which uses cupping pepperoni from Ezzo. Ezzo’s natural-casing pepperoni curls into a perfect crispy bowl as it bakes and it traps it savory oils inside while the edges get charred and crunchy. This unique shape is where it gets its unique name: “cup-and-char”. Come by and try one out for yourself!
