The Next Chapter:
As we move through these final months, we've found ourselves thinking less about the ending and more about what comes next.
This chapter has given us so much. It's taught us, challenged us, connected us to an incredible community, and shaped the people and the restaurant we are today.
And while this space has an ending, the story doesn't.
We're moving the restaurant into our home.
Not just physically, but in spirit. We're taking everything we've learned here — the food, the hospitality, the people, the traditions, the lessons, the memories — and bringing it with us into something more personal, more intimate, and entirely our own.
The next chapter is already taking shape.
We're imagining what it means to welcome people into our home. To create a restaurant that feels less like a place you visit and more like a place you're invited into.
To make the experience smaller, more intentional, and even more connected to the people sitting around the table.
We're excited about what that can become.
There's still time left in this chapter, but our eyes are firmly on what's ahead.
A new space. A new rhythm. A new way of gathering.
The same care. The same hospitality. The same love for feeding people and bringing them together.
We're taking what this place taught us and bringing it home.
And we can’t wait to show you what comes next.
