🥖🧈 HOMEMADE YEAST ROLLS & BUTTER 🧈🥖

There’s nothing like the smell of homemade yeast rolls baking in the oven! 😍 Soft, fluffy, golden, and brushed with butter right out of the oven.

✨ Here’s a simple homemade yeast roll recipe for you to try! ✨

🥖 Homemade Yeast Rolls

Ingredients:
• 1 cup warm milk (about 105–110°F)
• 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 1 tsp salt
• 3–3½ cups all-purpose flour

Directions:

1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

2️⃣ Add the egg, melted butter, and salt. Mix well.

3️⃣ Gradually add the flour, about ½ cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.

4️⃣ Knead the dough for about 6–8 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

5️⃣ Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

6️⃣ Punch the dough down and divide into 12–15 rolls. Shape into balls and place in a greased baking dish.

7️⃣ Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.

8️⃣ Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.

9️⃣ Brush those beautiful hot rolls with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven. 🧈😍

TIP: For extra-soft rolls, don’t add too much flour. The dough should be soft and slightly tacky, but not overly sticky.

Would you make these for your family? ❤️🥖

🍪✨ THE SECRET TO A GOOD COOKIE STARTS WITH THE BASE! ✨🍪

A great cookie base is the foundation for creating SO many delicious flavors! From chocolate chip to Biscoff, Cookies & Cream, or even seasonal creations, it all starts with getting those basic ingredients right. 🤎

👩🏽‍🍳 A few tips for a good cookie base:
✨ Use quality butter for rich flavor
✨ Measure your flour correctly—too much can make cookies dry
✨ Don’t overmix once you add the flour
✨ Chill your dough when needed for thicker, chewier cookies
✨ Use good-quality vanilla for that extra flavor boost
✨ Don’t overbake! Cookies should usually look slightly underdone when they come out of the oven.

The best part? Once you have a solid cookie base, you can get creative and turn it into SO many flavors! 🍪😍

🍪✨ BAKING TIP OF THE DAY! ✨🍪

Did you know that measuring your flour correctly can make a BIG difference in your baked goods? 👀

Scooping flour directly from the bag can pack it down and give you more flour than your recipe calls for—which can lead to dry, dense cookies and cakes.

💡 Try this instead: Spoon the flour into your measuring cup and gently level it off with a knife. Even better, use a kitchen scale for the most accurate measurement! ⚖️👩🏽‍🍳

Little baking tips can make a BIG difference! 💗
